Responsibilities
- Drive technical product deployment, partnering with customers to configure and integrate solutions that align with their business needs.
- Deliver impactful operational training and share best practices to optimize performance through automation, API capabilities, and custom reporting.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and configuration as an extension of the customer’s team is task force based environment
- Collaborate to build clear onboarding plans with defined milestones and controls.
- Qualifications
- Must be a United States citizen residing and working within the United States.
- At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting, systems integration, or the deployment of enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Google SecOps security platforms, API integrations, scripting/automation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Google Cloud professional-level certification
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: $85.00 – $120.00 per hour
