CMG Leasing has benefited from the collaboration tools that G Suite offers, increasing transparency and accessibility across our Leasing, Maintenance, and Accounting departments. Google Hangouts have created a true team atmosphere in the Leasing department that is physically separated into 8 leasing offices across 3 towns and cities. Hangouts have helped to bridge the physical gap. Google Calendar has been helpful in coordinating schedules and meetings. Google Drive has been incorporated into our training program for real time, anytime access to training materials. Leasing team members can access leasing information for other offices to refer potential renters to sister properties. Brian Burchanowski, trainer for Dito, provided a wonderfully informative webinar on Google Drive to our Leasing department to show different use cases and ways it could benefit our company. CMG Leasing will continue using Dito for our G Suite training needs.
