Dan McNelis - Co-Founder & CEO

As Co-Founder and CEO of Dito, Dan is an established thought leader in the Google Enterprise ecosystem including forging Partnerships throughout Google, ISV's and Dito’s North America clients.  Dan regularly attends Google I/O, Google’s Partner Advisory Board, and he was a very early adopter of Google Glass participating in the Glass Explorer program beginning in March 2013 in NYC.

Dan brings Reseller Channel, Procurement, Implementation and Business and Product Management experience to Dito from his previous roles at Intel Corporation and Lockheed Martin throughout the 2000's.  

Dan earned his bachelors in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Economics from Virginia Tech.  When partnering with CIO’s, Dan blends business and technical acumen to understand Enterprise needs and drive adoption of new technology to improve End User productivity and results to the business.

Dan is a avid golfer and snowboarder, and he enjoys participating in triathlons in his spare time. 




Jason Taylor - Director of Technology

Jason leads all Dito deployments, integrating and migrating client infrastructure to Google Apps.  Jason’s 10 years of technical experience began at a young age when he managed a personal BBS while in middle school and has grown to encompass a range of software and hardware including; Windows Server NT-2008, SQL Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2003-2007, DNS, VPN, VOIP, email routing, Blackberry Enterprise Server, VMware, mobile devices. One of Jason’s key strengths is knowing how to interact and communicate well with clients, as he acted in their shoes as the technical point of contact for many years. 

Brian Burchanowski - Head of Change Management

As the manager of Dito's Change Management depart, Brian is responsible for coordinating and delivering training solutions that minimize lost productivity and maximize the adoption of Google Apps by end users. His primary focus is ensuring trainings are effective, interative and enjoyable for attendees while continuing to set the industry benchmark for Google Apps training. Prior to his work with Dito, Brian managed internal training activities at PNC Bank. One of his largest projects was training new employees after the National City Bank acquisition.
